As a specialist in ceramic and organic decals for glass, porcelain, and ceramics, we supply the processing industry with durable transfer prints. Whether hollow glassware, flacons, mugs, cups, plates, bowls, tiles, or packaging glass — we offer the right solutions for demanding projects.

For more than 25 years, we have been manufacturing high-quality screen-printing products for decorative and technical applications, both on rotary screen-printing machines and for manual processing from sheets.
Since our founding in February 1997 at our location in Hilgert, we have continuously optimised our screen-printing processes and the associated workflows. The result is high quality standards, exceptional flexibility, and a level of reliability that help customers plan efficiently.
With our team of ten dedicated employees, we are constantly working on innovative solutions to ensure the reliable implementation of your projects.
INNOVATIVE
SCREEN PRINTING
As a mechanical engineer with experience in the construction of screen-printing machines, it has always been important to our chief executive, Andreas Schmidbauer, to continuously adapt existing equipment to the needs of in-house production and customer projects. New machines have been designed and built with these requirements in mind. The maintenance of our systems is carried out largely in-house, with approximately 90% performed by our own team.
This approach allows us to operate flexibly, independently, and efficiently. The result is consistently high system availability, providing reliability for both our customers and ourselves.

We are currently looking for full-time or part-time employees (m/f/d) to support our team during prepress, colour laboratory, shipping and logistics.
Your responsibilities:
- Inspection and preparation of print data
- Support in the colour laboratory (material handling, colour mixing, etc.)
- Assistance with shipping and packaging of our products
Your profile:
- Experience in printing or production is preferred, but not required
- Careful, reliable working ethic
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
