CERAMIC DECALS
for temperature-resistant products
Ceramic decals fired at temperatures between 560 °C and 1250 °C create extremely durable decorations on glass, ceramics, porcelain, and metal. They are long-lasting and resistant to abrasion, chemicals and high temperatures.
Ceramic decals maintain their brilliance over long periods and are therefore ideally suited for products that are frequently used or washed, such as tableware.
Precious metals such as gold and platinum, as well as metallic, can be easily integrated into the decoration as premium visual highlights.
ORGANIC DECALS
for products with limited temperature resistance
Organic decals are ideal for decorating products that have limited resistance to high temperatures.
With the use of appropriate additives, these decorations are dishwasher-safe after thermal curing at temperatures between 160 °C and 200 °C.
Organic decals are free from heavy metals and based on resins coloured with organic pigments
As a result, the colour spectrum is significantly broader than with ceramic colours, allowing for the realisation of almost any design idea.
Our organic decals can be applied to a wide range of materials, including toughened or coated glass, borosilicate glass, as well as internally pressurised packaging glass with large capacity.

Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind so vielfältig wie die Keramik selbst: von dekorativen Flaschen für Getränkeverpackungen, die im Drittbrand bei 850°C veredelt werden, bis hin zum Unterglasurbrand bei über 1.000°C für Geschirr.

In addition to decals for glass and ceramics, we offer high-quality decals for a refined finishing of porcelain products.
Whether tableware, vases, or decorative objects — our porcelain decals allow for detailed motifs, lush solid colours, fine colour gradients, or creative combinations of both. Thanks to the flexibility of the decals, even complex geometries can be decorated perfectly.
Firing at approximately 1,200 °C creates a brilliant appearance while simultaneously ensuring maximum durability. Aesthetic appeal and durability are combined to produce compelling results.
